Here in the UK we don't have mailboxes to decorate so Rinda has allowed us to photograph garden sculpture instead. First of all I thought I would show our little stone birdbath
Then I considered {briefly} my garden duckThe family all thought I was mad when I brought this little fellow home from the garden centre but I think he's really sweet. Yes, I do have to admit he does look as if his head is on back to front but when he's hidden by foliage you'd never notice and I think it just makes him all the more charming.
But my photo of choice for this category is of the stone angel I have on the wall
We have a stone rabbit whose ears have come off in our garden :)
ReplyDeleteI love the duck!

That stone angel is precious.

Lovely ornaments! We have no garden to speak of, but I'm thinking an ornament or two would brighten up our patch of nothing no end :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm gutted that I've failed to find decorated mailboxes while out here!! I thought that would be an easy one for me!! Having to hastily rethink....
You are going great guns with this and I love your duck x
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of the duck too! :o) I have a growing collection of garden sculptures and have to be careful because my family is starting to say that I'm turning into my late mother-in-law. Doug's mom had SOOOOO many garden do-dad's all over the place. She's been gone for three years now and my FIL still has them in place in their back yard.
ReplyDeleteThat duck is so cute, of course you had to buy him! X
