Mind reader

This morning I woke up and thought 'Right, today I am going to spring clean and tidy that room'.  Stripped the bed linen off the bed, took down the curtains to wash them before I started work on tidying up the dressing table and hanging up the odd bits of clothing that were on the floor etc etc.  Quietly wondering if I could consolidate the odd bits and pieces left in all the drawers into just one section and how I may be able to incorporate some of my scrapbooking supplies into all the spare storage space .... when my phone beeped to say that there was a new text message ....

How did she know?

And she really will appreciate it too - my mum handed me my belongings in a cardboard box when I came back from honeymoon because she had completely cleared my room out. It was a bit of a shock!

My first thought was - maybe she reads your blog! LOL! I'm sure it's a bit deeper than that. I figure the children are just as ambivalent about leaving home as we are about watching them go.

I thought I'd share with you how to take screen photos on your iphone - I learnt the trick on a paperclipping podcast!

press the two buttons together - the off switch and the select button (do they have other names? the button on the top of the phone, and the big button at the bottom...), then the photo goes to your camera roll, and you can upload it as normal.

I'm with Rinda, thought maybe she'd seen your previous blog post. But the text is sweet and for some reason, it choked me up. Must be the sentimental mom in me... xo

I thought it was supposed to be mothers that had that scary connection to our children. Yay that she intends to do it but I'd still have a deadline.

Ahh! Both lovely and frustrating at the same time, I'm guessing... Hopefully she will, and you can move in!
